Role Title: Membership Coordinator & Liaison

Role Description: This role will give you an opportunity to work directly with our creatives to help curate the festival, our events, and make sure the organisation is truly addressing the needs of our creatives. 

This role will be fundamental to the ethos and purpose of the organisation to help design a world that better values the arts and artists. The Membership & Artist Liaison will engage directly with our creatives to make them aware of upcoming opportunities and work with the team to ensure our creatives are involved in our events along with the design of our various programmes.

Main Tasks:

CONCEPT DESIGN
o Design the membership portal on the website that will allow our members to interact and engage with one another with the support of the ESAF director.

MARKETING
o  Working closely with the marketing team to promote membership through membership drives
o  Writing content with the content developer to promote membership;
o  Highlighting our members through videos, quotes and promoting our members pages in order to showcase our members.


ADMIN
o  Designing and managing a database with key information on all of our members;
o  Managing membership subscription and informing members when they need are due to renew their membership;
o  Managing the mentorship scheme and pairing our members with mentors that suit their needs and have a background in their practice.

EXECUTIVE TEAM (SENIOR MANAGEMENT)
o  Attend executive team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of organisation as a whole;
o  Report directly to the ESAF Director;
o  Take responsibility for overall management of organisational finances;
o Agree to work in a team setting to maintain the organisation’s reputational, business viability and management;
o  Subscribe to the organisation’s key social values;
o  Act on behalf of the organisation and agree to be driven by the organisation’s wider values and do not act for the benefit of any individual.
