Team recruitment 2016/17
We at ESAF think that Creative People Are Change-Makers. For two years now we have worked hard to, first, create an award-winning annual Edinburgh Student Arts Festival which showcases emerging creatives and aims to increase public access to the arts, as well as establishing ourselves as a social enterprise. Join our Executive Team and help us grow further.
What does that mean, you might ask? We have become a social enterprise as our core values and aims are to improve communities and make it easier for individuals, no matter their background, to have access to the arts. Whether through exhibiting their works in February, or attending our programme of creative development workshops, or simply creating an opportunity for Edinburgh community to appreciate the arts, we do it all to help foster creativity.
As a social enterprise, we are an organisation run completely by volunteers, while everything we do is funded by our events, Festival attendance, membership, sponsorship, and support from Creative Partners.
If you have a similar passion to improve the creative community and are willing to dedicate your time and commitment on a volunteer basis, we promise to provide you with valuable understanding of and an experience of working in the arts, running a business and collaborating with a brilliant team of creatives.
We’re looking for Change-Makers to work with our operations and marketing, and help us build this organisation further so we can make more noise and have a greater impact for Edinburgh's creative community.
